Ningbo Dinghong Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. （Yuejin Mould was established in 1998）It covers an 20 mu and located at No. 6 Yantanghe Road in the high-end mold park of Daqi Street, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, near the Beilun Port, the first largest port in China, with highly developed transportation which bring us much convenience.

The company is integrated with mold design, manufacturing, die-casting, finishing production and trade, mainly producing auto parts, household appliance parts, telecommunication parts and other related aluminum alloy products. The company has been serving the automobile industry and famous OEMs, with strong technical force and advanced standardized system management to ensure the quality of each mold and die casting product.

In 2017, the company passed (ISO9001 and IATF16949) quality management system certification, with perfect testing equipment and sound quality control system. The marketing network covers China, South America, Southeast Asia and other countries, and we will develop EU and other markets one after another to increase the company's sales revenue.

The company has its own design team and advanced software, hardware equipment and systems. The company has realized the prior visualization analysis of mold design through mold flow analysis software. We make full use of our own technical strength, combined with the analysis of industry experience, quickly to provide customers with reliable mold design solutions.

DEVELOPMENT HISTORY FROM 1998 TO PRESENT

    1998

    Established Yuejin Mold Factory officially, mainly engaged in motorcycle parts.

    2012

    Developed molds for 4,000 products.

    2013

    Registered and established Ningbo Dinghong Mould Co., Ltd. and purchased the land of 13mu at the same time.

    2014

    Purchased the land of 5mu in the same mold park.

    2015

    Moved into the new factory officially. The company occupies the land area of 13mu and has the covered area of 15,000㎡.

    2016

    The company invested in die casting machines and relevant test equipment.

    2017

    The company was admitted into Yinlun Group’s supplier system and officially began developing molds for automotive parts. It achieved notable success in multiple mold projects, including those for automotive filters.

    The company made a breakthrough of RMB 30 million in annual output.

    The company passed ISO9001 and IATF16949 certification.

    The company stepped foot in foreign trade and engaged in new energies and PV projects at the same time.

    Entry into the suppliers system of CATL, a breakthrough of RMB 60 million in annual output, the quantity of molds developed kept at 300 pieces per year.

    Purchased new die casting equipment, and so far, the company has a total of 55 sets of equipment for production, processing and test.

    It is expected to make more investment in machining equipment and assembly lines, and put more strength in overseas market development.
